How to Determine Shipping Costs
Our site will calculate shipping charges for you automatically early in the order process, and you do not need to buy anything to see these charges. After you've put everything you want in your Shopping Cart, simply click the "Checkout" button or link (you may have to create or log into your customer account). The next page will automatically show shipping charges and choices.  All shipping costs are in US dollars.  Shipping costs are determined by weight and also include a handling fee.

How Long it Will Take to Get Your Order
Editions Dolcimelo attempts to fill and ship orders within 48 hours of receipt, however we cannot guarantee shipping or delivery dates.  The method of shipping you select when completing your order also affects the shipping time and delivery date.

Please contact Editions Dolcimelo, or indicate in the order comments, any special need you may have a for urgent fulfillment and delivery.

Unexpected Changes in Availability
Occasionally we determine after an order that certain publications are temporarily out-of-print or not yet released and need to be back-ordered.  We will inform you by e-mail or on the invoice with your package if any products are cancelled or back-ordered.

If a product in your order is no longer available, that product is automatically cancelled, with the remaining products shipped on schedule.  Orders paid for by check, money order or PayPal will receive check refunds.

If a product in your order is temporarily unavailable, that product is automatically put on back-order for later shipment, with the remaining products shipped on schedule.  There is no extra shipping charge for additional shipments due to back-ordered products.

Returns Policy
Music filled correctly to order cannot be returned, except in case of damage or defect.  Editions Dolcimelo cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused unopened.  Please contact Editions Dolcimelo  first if you ever have a problem with something we have sent you. We prefer contact by e-mail us at orders@www.dolcimelo.com.  Please see our Contact Us page for an easy to use e-mail form and information on other ways you can contact Editions Dolcimelo.

If we can allow a return, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and give you instructions for sending the music back to Editions Dolcimelo.  Returned music must be adequately packaged (in something solid); returns that are not defective must arrive in our offices in resellable condition.  We will also refund shipping charges if your return is due to a defect or our error.

We are always happy to answer any questions you may have before you make a purchase. Feel free to confirm with us keys, ranges, editions, texts, languages, etc., before you buy. We cannot provide music "on approval".
